CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy To ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time, please review our booking policy before scheduling your appointment. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of 100% of the deposit. No-shows will also lose 100% of the deposit. If you wish to book a new appointment after a late cancellation or no-show, a new deposit will be required. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time. This policy allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
